At The High Lift, customer satisfaction and product safety are important to us. Due to the nature of smoke shops and cannabis-related products, all sales are generally considered final.
Returns & Refunds
For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been processed or shipped.
This policy applies to all smoke shop, vape, hookah, cannabinoid, herbal, and consumable products sold through our website.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thehighlift.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Subscription Orders
Some products or services may be offered as subscription-based purchases with recurring deliveries based on the selected frequency.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the links provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at info@thehighlift.com.
Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders for items that are currently out of stock or not yet released.
By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to collect either full or partial payment and charge the remaining balance when the item becomes available.
Pre-orders may be canceled only before fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it becomes non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Try Before You Buy
If any product is offered under a “Try Before You Buy” program, your payment method may be authorized before shipment. If the item is not returned within the allowed trial period, the full amount will be charged automatically.
Due to the nature of smoke-related products, eligibility for trial-based purchases may be limited.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for shipping refunds. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
